For users:If a customer's payment fails, the customer should contact their bank or payment processor to determine why the payment failed. If the issue is related to the merchant, the customer should contact the merchant directly to resolve the issue. The merchant should provide clear instructions on how to resolve the payment failure and any options for refunding the payment.
UPI payment failed :If your UPI payment fails, you should first contact your bank to check why the payment was declined. You may be able to receive a refund if the payment was declined or if the payment was made but not received by the receiver. If the payment was made but not received, then you should contact the receiver and ask them to confirm receipt of the payment. If the payment was not received, then you should contact your bank and ask them to reverse the transaction.
Card payment failed :If a card payment fails, the customer should contact their card issuer for further information. The customer should also contact the merchant to find out what went wrong and if the payment can be re-attempted. The customer should also check to make sure the card information entered was correct.
International Payment method: Unfortunately, there is no foreign payment mode available.
